Thinkubator - a think tank for sustainable business and the circular economy. With our pillars of education, research and consulting, we are actively working towards the goal of a climate-neutral circular economy in Europe.

We are looking for someone to take on some of our marketing tasks, both in terms of content and organisation, as well as communication management for a major event in the autumn.

 

General conditions:

  • Employment: 12 hours per week

  • Salary: 600-750€ (depending on experience)

  • Temporary March - November 2025 - increase in hours & permanent position possible afterwards

  • Office in 1040 Vienna (near U4 Kettenbrückengasse) + home office

 

What you will do

  • Corporate communications for Thinkubator

    • Writing and coordinating press releases

    • Manage our LinkedIn and Instagram presence

    • Update and manage our website & newsletter (Wix)

    • Development & implementation of new formats, content ideas, channels etc.

  • Event communication for ClimateLaunchpad2025 and Climate Innovation Festival 2025 (CIFE)*

    • You will be responsible for the strategic & operational implementation of the communication.

    • Oversight of sponsor communication

    • Design of flyers, promotional materials and advertising campaigns (Canva)

 

* The Climate Innovation Festival 2025 is the global closing event of the ClimateLaunchpad

2025 programme, taking place in Vienna for the first time this year and organised by us. We are

are inviting over 200 guests from more than 35 countries and are working together with organisations from the EU, the Ministry for Climate Protection, the City of Vienna and sponsors from the private sector!

What you bring with you

  • Fluency in German and English and a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field (marketing/PR/etc.)

  • Training/experience in event communication or public relations is an advantage

  • Understanding & knowledge of sustainability is an advantage
